ROOFTOP REMIX is a Hip-Hop/Rap compilation album consisting of ten unofficial mashup songs produced by Nate Delgallego. Featuring the lead single DON’T DENY, this project was created entirely from inside Delgallego’s bedroom music studio using a variety of graciously borrowed samples & vocal recordings performed by some of his favorite emcees & singers. From Instagram snippets to off-kilter drum pattern ideas stemming as far back as COVID-19 lockdowns, this extended period of isolation granted Nate the opportunity to experiment with new methods of creating collaborative music regardless of connectivity to the lyricist, let alone to the outside world. Including 25 limited transparent pink cassette tapes, ROOFTOP REMIX is completely independently arranged, engineered, mixed, mastered & distributed by Nate Delgallego via Forever Ending Records.
